Data Source Overview

Data Source is a name provided to a connection that is set up to a database from a server. The name does not require to be the same as the database name. When you launch Acceldata, by default the Data Source page is open. You need to create a connection to a data source before you begin to analyze the data. You can create a connection either from the connection page, or while creating a new data source.

You can view all the data sources that you created in the Data Sources page. You can also view the metadata of every data source in individual panels.
